We help female entrepreneurs gain clarity, confidence, and fulfillment in their business by connecting them with like-minded women and providing easy access to mentorship.
ILLUME Collective is a women's networking and mentorship community in Denver, Colorado for heart-led female entrepreneurs.
It was founded by Kristine Munro, a seasoned entrepreneur who moved to Denver from Calgary, Canada back in 2018 to start her career from scratch to find her passion and purpose.
After a 3-year self-discovery to find herself again after a 20 year career, and through the isolation period of the pandemic, Kristine created the ILLUME Collective in January 2022 out of a desire that she craved herself - To find and connect with like-minded female friendships in business who would understand the rollercoaster of emotions in entrepreneurship.
Without having any business contacts in Denver, Kristine took the leap of faith that other women were craving this type of connection as well, and put out an invitation out on Instagram for a Business Boss Brunch.
The event was sold out in 3 days, and the rest is history.

Meet Kristine Munro
Founder of ILLUME COLLECTIVE
Kristine Munro is the founder of the ILLUME Collective and host of the Top 5% globally ranked Pivot to Passion Podcast. With 27 years of business experience—Kristine built a 7-figure, award-winning business before pivoting to align with her soul’s purpose.
Kristine is a Master Community Builder and Connector, known for her ability to create transformational spaces where women entrepreneurs feel seen, supported, and empowered. Through her Thriving Community Ecosystem Framework, she helps leaders, creatives, coaches and healers monetize and grow engaged communities rooted in purpose, as a gateway to building a thriving business that generates consistent income and impact.
Kristine is an Intuitive Energy Healer, Certified Reiki Practitioner, Soul Purpose Activator, and a Self-Mastery Life & Business Coach.
She blends high-level business strategy with energetics and inner-work to help women unlock their gifts and authenticity to do what they were meant to do on this earth.
A proud wife and mom of two, Kristine leads by embodying what it means to live and lead with purpose and authenticity.
